What is your return policy?
If your purchase were damage during shipment or wrong item received, you can send it back to us
- Returns must be made within 5 days from the date you received your product.
- Damage items must be returned together with original box and receipt, in an original condition
- Item bought during promotional events (e.g. Egg Sale) are not accepted for return and exchange
- Missing item during delivery, please contact us at email@example.com. Our staff will assist you further on the matter
- Late delivery caused by unforeseen circumstance (i.e Natural disaster, COVID out break) or peak season are not accepted for return and exchange.
What will I get back?
You can choose either for a full refund to your Egg Shipper Account or exchange to same price item.
How can I return my purchase?
Please email your inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject "Return Item". We will assist you as soon as possible. Please allow 5 working days for your inquiry to be processed.
